What to do when things don’t go according to plan by Nadhira Razack

Having some kind of plan is essential in business because it gives us a direction in which to move in. If not, we get to our desks wondering what we need to focus on and before we know it our day’s sneaks away from us.

I’m not sure if this happened to some of you this year, but I found 2015 quite a quagmire in which to plan .. It felt like a really slow start and I only really felt the energy of the year in April.. so couple that slow start with a baby on the way.. my  mind was having quite a dilemma about how and what I wanted to put my energy into.

I usually advise my clients to pray for guidance and have a direct connection to Source and Ask what is required of them. What do I need to focus on?

Well.. I followed my own advice and I got given guidance which was clear as day that I had to run my own event. Now in my head.. when I pictured the kind of event I wanted to have.. it entailed having roughly 20-30 people in the room aisle style where I got to be at the front , teaching and sharing what I’d learned about sales, packaging and working with people at a high level.

Yet.. my plans didn’t go that way..

I ended up having 3 participants..
